Where is it... that mentions the three energy storage points in the subtle
body?

The vitality,
The empathy,
The knowing,

The first is the point at the navel, which is 'filled' with physical energy,
lust for life, vitality.
The second is the center at the heart, which is filled with emotional
energy, empathy for others, love in a sense.
The third is at the third eye or the whereabouts, which is filled with the
untapped psychic abilities that many have yet to develope, the use of "psi"
for various means.

When the lowest becomes full, it must overflow to the second, which then
overflows to the third. (Then what?)
