 I will second this. This grounding came to me through intuitive understanding and I find variations of it in many different cultures across thousands of years of time.

I no longer can ground in this way. I had a tranformative experience early this June which left me with the inability to do this anymore.
Why? Because when I try to ground into the center of the earth I find that my place of reference is now the center of the earth. In other words the center of the earth, the whole earth, is inside me. :) I am it. I don't just stand on it's surface anymore.

Why does this happen? The more I evolve and grow the less the boundaries become between me and all that Is. There really are no boundaries between me and all that Is but in this linear world we live in it seems important for me to learn this in an experiential manner.
