Hi! I have recieved so many viruses myself lately the past few days but none from you Kate. For those that dont have Norton you really should put out the $30 or you will be buying a new computer instead. I have norton but still follow a few rules to protect myself that may be of help to you. Dont EVER open any attatchments from anyone you dont trust with your life :) AND dont open any attachments with a .EXE or .HTML at the end there are a few more but those seem to be the most common two.

Also here is a link you might look at so that you can see some of the different things NOT TO OPEN it shows you the most common hoaxes and viruses on net.
http://antivirus.about.com/library/blency.htmThere is also a section on that link for free virus protection through various companies have never used it so dont know if it is as up to date as Norton and Mcaffee but it is better than using nothing.You might also keep in mind that the majority of chain letters and things you recieve are also fake made by someone with nothing better to do.
