I remember one specific point where I thought that I was going to die. I was
very, very scared and couldn't stop shaking and wanted to run away, but
there was nowhere to go - It was everywhere. I went into my belly and made a
house there and stayed there in a fetal position.

I heard big booming laughter (deep and compassionate and gentle). I heard
someone, with great great love,say that it was okay and that I had 'all the
time in the world."

It was the ego that was afraid to die and took refuge in the belly and 'hid
out' there. It was the ego to whom the voice spoke. The ego had never been
more afraid it all the time that it could remember.

It just didn't know that it would be taken care of and loved.

I dono't know if this helps, but that was an experience.
