Just posting a semi-retraction.....as Mystress explained it, astral
travel involves the 3rd chakra and a sort of physical travel....and
my *projections* really don't seem to involve the 3rd chakra. When I
have been *travelling*, it feels like I have energy pulling on me
from my spine, from each of the seven chakras. It almost feels like
someone is standing behind me, slowly pulling me out of my body. I
think perhaps it is my *astral* (I'm sorry, I am trying to find a
better word) body detaching from my physical body, and the pull seems
mainly to come from the 5th chakra at the back of the neck and from
my brain stem. Anyhow....I never project from my 3rd chakra, to my
knowledge, so I guess I don't astrally project. Sorry for the
confusion.
