i do snip but sometimes i like to respond to more than one idea at a time
and that is why i leave in the previous post. any other posts besides that i
usually delete. makes it less confusing IMO. )

as far as the chakra system and the astral planes go i don't really follow
that stuff. they are the prevalent ideas in spirituality right now i
realize, and i think that when people become more spiritual and have
experiences most peole feel like they have to follow these ideas because
they are socially excepted. Spiritualism is a religion in itself really.

personally, i feel it is not feasble to make distinctions about things we
really don't understand fully. to say a physcial or mental problem is a
result of a blocked chakra or something similar is to think that you have a
definite answer to the problem. i don't totally deny the existence of
chakras because i don't have enough information to say. but, imagination is
a very powerful thing, and if you just accept a belief system without
question then your experiences and perceptions will be affected by it. that
is just how i feel on the subject... )

K-related migranes are most often caused by too
 much energy in the
 head. The karma combusting in your body needs to be
 released out the crown
 chakra, and if your crown is closed then it is like a
 fireplace with a
 blocked chimney. Open the crown with the opening flower
 visualization at
 the beginning of the grounding. Let the stuff out at
 the first sign of
 migraine.
 
If I am doing work with someone, and their crown is
 closed I'll start
 to get a headache almost immediately. Sometimes I will
 request permission
 to control their crown so I can hold it open myself,
 and not get a headache.
 
The other, much less common cause of K. related
 headaches is more
 physical. K. makes your brain grow and changes the
 shape of your head, and
 that can be a painful process... usually tho, it is
 just a closed crown.
