Grounding cords being disconnected & anxiety attacks can be related very
easily. If you aren't completely grounded then yes, you should expect some
panic-you are not as well protected from negative thoughts, projections,
energy forms, ect. Also-you perceive life differently when you are all
floaty, and your body and mind have to get used to this altered perception.
I find that it'd be better for me not to be connected-seeming to learn more,
I also deal with a lot of hidden fears, and doubts, guilt, ect. The more I
release myself from the things that are holding me down, the more stable I
become. The more stable, the more free. That's just how things feel right now
though-things are always changing.
