A couple of nights ago I got involved in a remote group tantra
session (not
normally my "bag", but hey, the extra K. energy was nice). During
the session, as the females in the group were generating shakti,
both males (another guy and myself) felt the soles of our feet get
hot. That's the first time I've ever felt that. It's probably
always been there, but it has always been too subtle to notice.

Regarding grounding, K. directly taught me the necessity of that a
long time ago. :) A few times, when I wasn't properly grounded, I
felt like I was going to expand into infinity and never come back --
causing some serious panic attacks.
