Hello and no you arent the only one. I have similar symptoms sometimes, K can really affect the nervous system in my case I get a strong vibrating right behind my ear that affects my nerves and can be very hard to deal with I just try to take my mind off of it maybe go outside or do something that will keep my attention a little. My ears have continued to remain very sensitive to noises it is like they are amplified much more. I hear a buzzing in my ears alot of times and have been told it is my chakras different tones represent different chakras but I have also thought at times it may just be the energy also it is so strong it makes sense that it could be somewhat audible while in your head. Anyway I just try to take my mind off of it and do something else I know that can be easier said than done of course. Have you ever tried going outside and laying on the grass or sitting up against a tree to stabilize yourself a bit it helps sometimes for me. I also get the shocks in my body but ususally they tend to be in my hands, feet and legs, although I have had them in my head before. I have headaches some also from the energy but I think of it as a pretty cool thing now cuz I know it means I have really progressed. I remember about a year and half ago the sensations were mostly in my lower chakras and slowly but surely they have finally made there way up to the upper ones in my head and WOW things have really been happening I love the spiritual experiences. But I have been fortunate enough to get (I consider it fortunate anyways lol) a while to adjust to the large amounts of energy and symptoms that have happened as it clears each chakra so it really helps me. Sounds like for you though you havent had much time to adjust to it all I have had so many blocks that I have been a war zone since it started so just getting the energy up to this level has really been a huge task and now that it is here I really feel like it is a major accomplishment for me. But please dont get me wrong :) cuz I have been a wreck this whole time and still am at times. I am really walking on egg shells anymore the energy has become really aggressive. I have noticed the physical symptoms and emotional ones have increased cuz the energy has REALL Y intensified I guess it is getting impatient with my blocks and is working harder cuz the last 6 months it has been hell for me it is getting faster and Im having less time to adjust to the new changes so I can really sympathize with you on all this. Fear has been my worst burdon though for someone without fear maybe this process would be easy. I have so much fear though that it makes my experiences far worse than they have to be, but then what human doesnt have some fear guess it is pretty normal. Pretty much the only advice I can give to you that saves me is to let it do what it wants and you are its servant basically I do whatever it wants me too. I know that sounds hard and harsh but I dont know what else to do but be submissive to its powerfulness, it is divine so it must know wLove and Lots of strenght to ya

Does anyone feel like the K energy is too much for there nerves? Like it electricutes you? Does anyone find noises painful when this happens? Does anyone have a whinning sound in there head which increases when the K energy increases? I hope I am not the only one with these symptoms.
