dear Shankar I brought your post which cleared up a lot for me here and my =

question further is about the
1.
"expensive vital" is a good or bad thing?

I noticed in the Spa where I go there
is a woman when she comes to the pool-side
 I can't rest any-more her presence
disturbs me even without interacting..

2.
-is this the 'expensive vital? and does
it mean an awakened active K?

3.
is the "expensive V." related to ego?

--and than I remembered way back I had a Kundalini problems and in in line =
I "sodomised" the person in-front of me by
 accident (being a female this was a
double freaky feeling for me <grin>) with some-sort of energy like K emanat=
ing from me.. and when I came to into a room the strong egoed persons looked=
 up with a called-upon provoked look..

Suppose somebody visits me at my home.
And, he has got an expansive vital.
That is, his aura's vital energy content that expands and forces itself int=
o
my aura.
You know the vital energy content cannot reflect the light of the Self.
So, it is unseeing and unintelligent.
You also know, the aura has the thought content as well.
And, its thought contents themselves are inert.
But, that does reflect the Light of the Self.
Hence, the thought content has partial intelligence.
The partially intelligent thought content must be used to discriminate.
But, how to discern my thought from that of another lodged into my aura?
My thought, even if I do not pay attention, will persist.
Somebody else's thought, if I do not pay attention, will cease.
That is how, I find out. However, one must be very vigilant.
Hence the importance of good association.
