I don't believe Kundalini energy causes disease or degeneration of any kind.
It's the Kundalini energy thats trying to remedy diseases already apparent
or developing within you. That would possibly create the "healing crises"
where one may think he or she is getting sicker when in fact the body is
attempting to heal itself.

By supplementing your body with nutritious food, exersize, stretching, and
activities which balance the hemispheres, you can move past the healing
crisi at rapid speeds where energy is used for more tangable self
developement.

Hypoglycemia (literally, low sugar) is a condition that occurs in
some people naturally, and also in diabetics who have not consumed
enough carbohydrates to balance their insulin intake. Being
diabetic I am intimately familiar with the condition. Hypoglycemia
can be associated with some pretty bizarre thoughts, blind spots, as
well as other less dramatic symptoms, such as, shaking, cold sweats,
and a general feeling of weakness.________
