Gopi Krishna speaks of dealing with intense heat and a variety of
other issues, and he finally balanced them by bringing energy up the
cool side. It was either the ida or the pingala, I don't remember
which one is hot or cold. Maybe you could try bringing cool energy to
your face, or wherever it's irritating you in order to create a
balance.
