These, particularly what people think of as "mind" feats, are reasonably
common. A lot of people gloss over them but enhanced "psychic" powers are
certainly possible. I'd say some level of them is probably the norm.

Well not being one who believes ego is a bad thing, as long as it is
healthy, I trust myself and tend to just ignore them. If they get too
belligerent I tend to suggest they spend their time elsewhere. Something
like, "Go f*#k yourself, you moronic aATnospamATnospamhole." Doesn't make you popular but
if they are always telling you what to think or do, who cares what they
think of you as long as they don't come near you?

That is very possible. Even feeling their pains in your body is possible.
The science of face reading was developed that way, along with some very
serious detached scientific method.

What you can do depends on what brain centers are activated, how much
"clutter" has been accumulated in your brain centers, and to a large extent
luck, until you get better control of yourself. For many people that means
after they have completed their process.
