Hi Hety
Great advice :) My first OBE experience scared me badly too, but I have
learned to relax and just let it happen, and it doesn't bother me anymore.
Goldenyawn, just always remember that you have an etheric cord, a golden
cord, that keeps your soul grounded to your body during OBE experiences. Hety
is right, it is fear that will hold you back, you have to believe that you
are in the care of the God/Goddess, and no harm will come to you. If it is
still scaring you, don't focus on the third eye for a while, do relaxing
things before bedtime, warm baths, candles, reading, whatever makes you feel
peaceful until you are ready for the experience. If it helps say a prayer
asking that whatever you believe in to keep you safe if you do have an OBE. I
have them spontanously and see "visions." Not always a lot of fun, but I have
learned to accept it and I know I cannot be harmed by what I see and will
always return.
