Subject: [K-list] How do I open the sushumna for true kundalini?

Ok... I'm back.
I joined here around februari when I had what is commonly called a
kundalini awakening...

Meanwhile I found out through contacts that this phenomenom is prana
flowing through nadis, not real kundalini.
And that this phenomenom, be it through pranayama, shaktipat, or
spontaneous awakening, always precedes true kundalini awakening.

I've felt the prana clear out all the nadis, it's been circulating in
all spots around the chakras already, clearing out emotional blocks,
desires, etc.

My question is: how do I open the sushumna so the prana can enter it?

Lately I noticed I get a strong prana buildup at the pelvic, and it's
getting so strong at times I just need to get rid of it through
orgasm. I think there is something to it and opening the sushumna,
how did some of you do it? ;)
