There are so many words that misinform....So many old beliefs....that can
twist the truth around into what it's not......which cause fears like
this...There is not one thing that is happening which is not you...But the
moment we begin to view life...as something "other"....than that opens the
door for fear...Trust yourself....all of you...body and mind...Pamper
yourself....with kindness and acceptance....Give yourself plenty of leisure
activity...Walks...warm baths...light reading....and plenty of
rest......Treat yourself as you would your best friend...and watch the fears
dissolve.....
