  I would also like to point out that there are many types of orgasms gender
is not referenced to. when kundalini awakens one keeps experiencing
awakenings with in every cell of the body, the waves pulsate not only from
the root or the major but also the minor and minute chakras as well. feeling
transcends the physical and is experienced on many levels beyond the norm.
it is the most wondrous feeling to experience the unconditional love within
that is abundant to all who seek it out. this is what we call God within/the
oneness of being:)
  as far as whether we should sustain or not, i agree that it is quite
individual. i went for month initially, then when I reached a certain point
in the awakening, i felt i no longer need to refrain however the orgasms are
not just physical and so relief is not always sought out through genitalia.
when we learn to use this abundance of energy, we use it less and less for
this reason as there is a much greater joy and satisfaction beyond this and
it's key is through the heart chakra. any one that has experienced this
knows exactly when i mean. i transcends all below. give of that energy
through the heart in meditation and love and sharing and you receive more in
return, and the joyous feelings are in deed orgasmic beyond any physical
pleasures. :)
