Hi Jonny,
Kundalini awakening can be easily set free with intense meditation. Tantric
sex can also be used to divert the flow of energy to the base of the spine
and upwards. It isnt however the only way. There are alternatives like
shaktipat, or astral work. Kundalini also very gradually raises through
spiritual learning and action.

Energy flow can even be brought on by physical or emotional trauma in some
cases.

You can also make use of various essences/tinctures to aid in raising.

Many paths are available. :)

Hi alltogether

I have read that the serpent can only be set free with
sex without orgasm (white tantric) ,crossing
2 forces thus creating a 3rd one that breaks the seal.

Now i read loads of stuff in the web about waking it up
with just meditition.
So iam wondering.

Does anyone has an opinion on this ?
