hi jonny,

some folks find that helpful.. but it is not true as an absolute rule...
orgasms have also been known to stimulate Kundalini... your body will tell
you what it needs, if you learn to listen to it...

also keep in mind that orgasm and ejaculation are different things, even for
men... a man can learn to orgasm without ejaculating... ( i have learned it,
and do it often)... it is probably withholding ejaculation that folks are
speaking about being helpful to them, not necessarily going wothout
orgasms...
