Jena,
Just lately I have had another friend looking for help and asked a wise
woman I know for help for my friend. She had the anxiety, sleeplessnes, and
alone feeling that you mentioned. Her advice was many faceted but involved
making sure that the spine was in perfect alignment. An out of place spine
can have many unusual symptoms as I could personally tell you. Also make
sure that you are praying to God, and releasing God to do his perfect work
in you. If you are trusting to this, it is much easier to let go of anxiety
and be able to sleep as well as function in other things.

I'm a Christian too, and I know that even in my church, where the Spirit of
God moves and manifests continually, people would not accept me discussing
Kundalini, so I just don't. You may never be able to convince your mother,
so stop trying. Leave that up to God as well, you might be pleasantly
surprized. But you know what, we would all love to hear anything that is
going on with you. You have found a place to discuss these things and you
aren't alone.
