I see those exact same colors more or less, my throat chakra has been
bothering me alot the past 2 months sometimes it even gets painful,
if i try to concentrate on any chakra above it i get dizzy

The colors seem to be strongest for me when i don't concentrate on
any particular chakra, that might be of some help; i just mellow out
and try to feel everything at once.
