I agree with Shiva!

More advice; if you have a wood nearby; WALK
if you have a garden; work with the ground, dig, plant, do your garden (it grounds!!!)
or else; redo all your plants in house; give them fresh ground-repot and so on....

Try to sent your energy to the earth; stand on it; imagine you are a tree. Giving your energy to the ground, or do it by sending the energy through your handpalms to the ground.
