shower, as needed (running water is the idea)
bath -SOAK... add epsom salts (watch the tub, it will be slick) far more
than you normally do. or sea salt...

got a river that you can swim in? do it...
or a pool

walk... in GRASS- BAREFOOT if at all possible,

dont fight it-makes it worse...let it go, and let it do its thing...
