Hi everyone,

I am new here and jumping right in.

There seems to be an intricate and intimate connection between what
you do with your reproductive energy and the way Shakti-Kundalini
treats you.

Try complete celibacy for at least 6 months--you might be pleasantly
surprised. K will respect you for that and reward you. This timeframe
(not the practice itself)is applicable mostly to males in whom self-
control in this area brings more immediate and spectacular results.
