No worries!! I see things too-usually I see though projections, and energy
transfers-my mom sucking the life out of me. Gah. Its okay though. You might
be in potential. That means, you'll be more open that you'll ever be. Or-in
full potential, you can only go down? Maybe not. I'm unsure. Ever been to
Sedona? There are quite a few people out here with Kundalini. Try to listen.
Don't think! Not in a voice anyway. Just listen all of the time. You might
find your self "reading" minds. The happier you are, the better the world
around you will be. Smile a lot. Look up and left-that is a happy place to
look. Try it! Lift your head up a little, look up, and to the left! All the
way! Smiling will just make you happy. You see-you kind of choose what you
feel. Smile a lot, and you'll be happy. Happiness is yeller! Yellow! Like
butter. Buttah. Butter is like a, dare I say it, lubricant. It just..makes
things slide easier. Just let the bad stuff slide.

There are other things too! Try to meditate, and visualize. Now is a perfect
time to make little toys. As an example-I visualized a compass like thing.
Its round, and has the directions written on it. I point the arrow North
(with my finger, not by turning it) and I project, OR, rather, my body tries
to..If I freak out..I'll just have to do it again. If I point it South, I'll
fall asleep. I'm not really sure what East does. I haven't figured it out
yet. Then say, if I want to have a more lucid projection, I'll point the
compass Northwest. Its silly. It sounds unreal. But it works for me. I work
with what I see. If I need to clean up my head..I take a hose out, stick it
in my brain, and clean it up. I see myself inside my brain vacuuming, and
washing windows. Then I'll go paint a picture and then wake up, to feel
refreshed.
