Yes! :)) Many K-active people feel "worked on."
Then I get this AWFUL electrical surge through my whole being!! It feel's as though a bolt of lightening is going through me!!! I am paralyzed and when I try to scream, I can't! I shake and shake and shake, just as if I'm being electrocuted!! Is this normal???
It's pretty normal for those who are K active! Feeling paralyzed often accompanies the vibrations. I'll often wake up during the night buzzing with energy and unable/unwilling to move for a while.
It's gotten to the point where I'm afraid to close my eyes at night!! As soon as I
start drifting off to sleep it happens, so it makes me afraid to go to sleep!
Yeah. It is when the body is relaxed that the energy can operate on one more easily. Once you realize that the energy is a positive thing, the fear goes away and the energy can turn to bliss.
I think I may have even had this as a child, because I remember a few times being so afraid that I couldn't speak or move and it always happened at night.
I don't feel any activity in my spine, though. It's always movement and buzzing within my head!! Do you think this is K, or should I see a Dr.???
I feel jolts in the spine during the day from time to time, but my usual k energy shoots from the perineum to the brain. It never hurts to see a Dr. to check things out, but it certainly sounds like K to me!

I would guess that your dream was referring to "ego" death.Sure would appreciate any input from anyone who is enlightened on this subject. What in the world causes K. anyway???
Many things! The death of your dog could certainly have triggered it. for other triggers check http://kundalini-gateway.org/polls/po_trig.htmlI ALWAYS go to bed at night and ask God to protect me so I'm not so afraid and it seems to help a lot. I've also noticed that I feel much better in the morning after I have one of these experiences!!! (both mentally and physically)
Yeah :)) Once you get rid of the fear, you will be in for a *wonderful* ride! I almost always wake up feeling absolutely wonderful after the energy has been working on me.
