Yes! :)) Many K-active people feel "worked on."

It's pretty normal for those who are K active! Feeling paralyzed often
accompanies the vibrations. I'll often wake up during the night buzzing with
energy and unable/unwilling to move for a while.

Yeah. It is when the body is relaxed that the energy can operate on one more
easily. Once you realize that the energy is a positive thing, the fear goes
away and the energy can turn to bliss.

I feel jolts in the spine during the day from time to time, but my usual k
energy shoots from the perineum to the brain. It never hurts to see a Dr. to
check things out, but it certainly sounds like K to me!

Many things! The death of your dog could certainly have triggered it. for

Yeah :)) Once you get rid of the fear, you will be in for a *wonderful*
ride! I almost always wake up feeling absolutely wonderful after the energy
has been working on me.
