Hi Hety! You have NO idea how much it helps to read things that you people are writing back to me!!! I feel tear's welling in my heart, that's how much your response's have helped me!!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!! I know JUST how you feel about you wanting this to be your LAST life!!!! I tell God that ALL the time!!! LOL!! I am a very empathetic person and the pain of everyone else's suffering, as well as my own, is just more than I can bear at times! What a burden, huh???? Sometimes I just can't believe all that I feel for mankind!! I can't even watch the news anymore, because it makes me severely depressed. What a sad world we live in, and yet I believe that each of us chose our life events. Sometimes I wonder!!! We must have been REALLY high on God when we chose these lives!!!! hee, hee!!! Adventures Beyond the Body by William Buhlman. Excellent "scientific" descriptions. Buhlman has a website and puts out a monthly newsletter. He answers questions like yours on the site and you can read about other people who have gone through the "vibrations" as well. 2. Out of Body Experiences by Robert Peterson. This is the first book I read. Peterson describes how to have OBE's and induce the vibrational state which is necessary for some people to leave their body. The vibrational state can actually become a very calming experience. All three books are very good and should ease your mind. Probably the thing that has impressed me the most with OBE's is that after having one consciously, I truly realized that I am Eternal. My belief in God increased to the point of obsession, which may or may not be a good thing! <g> I too "demanded" to know more. In fact, I had an outright screaming match with God! I decided I did NOT want to come back to this earth one more time and experience all the "pain and sorrow" I was then experiencing in my life and I wanted answers! NOW! Well, I got my wish. I look back on that time and actually chuckle and I'm absolutely convinced that the Holy Spirit/God got a good chuckle as well. Oh -- BTW. I believe my first experience with the vibrational state and sleep paralysis happened in my early 20's as well. Then twenty years later... This is a very exciting beginning, those vibrations!
