Thank you so much jason and Cynthia I needed your emails so bad. This has been the worst past couple of days I have had since the beginning. My heart chakra is buzzing constantly and the hot flashes I can handle any chakra being so activated but this one it always scares the hell out of me. Anyway it has been 8hrs since todays activity has started and I am just praying it stops soon I think I have a blockage that its trying to move or something. I cant help panic when it gets to the chest but I thank you soooooo much for you reassurance and it helps me so much to know others have these same symptoms I guess I tend to need the reassurance from time to time. I am fine when I am cleaning house but the second I try to rest bam it is very noticeable again maybe I will just keep cleaning all day :P
Anyway thank so much really I about cried when I read them both cuz I just needed your thoughts so bad today.
