Hi Ben,

I was on the anti-depressant Celexa for about 8 months. Couldn't sleep when
I needed to, couldn't stay awake when I needed to. Bad mojo.

My advice is to ween yourself of it as soon as you can do so without a lot of
side effects. K was working on me before I got on the drug and I didn't know
what K was then. When I figured it out and started "going with the flow" I
no longer needed the drug. The withdrawals were worse than the effects of K
though. Take your time and do it under the doctor's supervision.

Plain aspirin helps me relax enough to get to sleep when the energy starts
running late at night.
