Indeed, divine love seems strange sometimes to me. We often think that to
express love we need to "do" something. I'm learning now that to express
love can also mean doing nothing. It is a greater gift to let person figure
it out on their own. That way they learn the "process" rather than just get
the answer.

"Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish and he eats
for a lifetime. (Teach a man to raise fish and he'll eat steak)"

Of course their are exceptions.....when someone asks you for help then by all
means give it.

Metaphor, of course, but it sort of puts in perspective for me.
