His seems to have alot of negative energy that needs to be released, for the most part from his past (things that keep churning in his mind) ... alot has to do with his negative image of himself. He says things such he thinks he is ugly or fat and none of these are true. I know that a person needs to want to change and help themselves... does anyone have any suggestions about how to approach this, I would really like to help, his ego is just cutting him down and no one needs that. Any suggestions would be great!Thanks Katie
