Hello Hety,

I am glad you are having good experiences with 3HO. There are
teachers out there for everyone.

As with any teacher tradition...don't leave your common sense and
bullshit detector outside the door. The best guru is the one who
lives in your heart.

I have not found any awful descriptions of consequences with k energy
on this list...discomforts surely...painful and bewildering at times,
yes...but not anything horrible when it is shared with the rest of us.

I have been on this list for years...almost from the beginning. I
have seen all kinds of experiences....even those that are just
written off list to us moderators that the rest of the list never
sees. I have yet to see something that was truly unmanageable.

Most people just need reassurance that what they are going through,
no matter how bizarre and otherwordly it may seem to them, is normal
and natural in the kundalini process.

Just about every symptom and manifestation possible with k awakening,
I have had...even some of the most bizarre of the bizarre. Being on
this list shows me how common place the unusual and the paradigm
bending experiences can be. That is the nature of the k fire beast.

In any process that purposefully awakens kundalini whether it be
yogic, taoist, alchemical, etc...the more conservative paths take
about three years. If one works diligently with a particular path for
at least three years one will be rewarded with awakened k with less
problems. Particularly, the chinese systems are excellent to help
avoid the crazies...which come from an accumulation of the energy in
the head.

For those who want to walk the lightening path...get Shaktipat from a
master and hold on for your life. What a ride! Those of us who
spontaneously awaken are in for even a more exciting ride.

Kundalini is healing energy. What causes problems is resistance to
the kundalini flow. It is a natural and normal process for humans
that accelerates their growth along an evolutionary path into a new
human being. When people fear, resist, or try to control where it
goes is where the problems crop up. Each individual is different
along the path.
