Hello,

What about giving the five best books on Kundalini ?

The difficulty is it depends on one's level of acquaintance with K.

So my list would be :

Prayer of Oraison (Rev. Father Auguste Poulain) : Kundalini christian way,
study by a jesuit, published in 1901 ! Excellent, paperback sometimes
available. About 600 pages !

Living with Kundalini: The Autobiography of Gopi Krishna
    Gopi Krishna / Shambhala Publications / Religion Eastern
Interesting for his K evolved through more than 12 years. He is indian and
found none in India to help him !

Energies of Transformation: A Guide to the Kundalini Process
    Bonnie Greenwell

Kundalini, Energy of the Depths
Lilian Silburn
Probably the best one, ex-aequo with... still to decide

A Farther Shore
Yvonne Kason and Teri Degler

Now, I will have some ex-aequo, which I'll mention later, for the runners
up.

It is on purpose I didn't rank Lee Sanella (too pessimistic) or the Grof
Family (same reason).
