Hello all,

I am re-reading (7th time) Lilian Silburn's book :

Kundalini, energy of the depths.

So, when Hillary tells about becoming K active again, I suggest you have a look at it. It presents and analyses ancient Indian texts.

It is among the 5 best books I ever read about K.

Far more informative on the ancient 'cooking books recipes'... than any other one.

Give me your opinion if you read this book.
