Hi Hillary,

Well.. I live with my parents.. it is just that my body needs to be alone and in silence in order to surrender the experiences of the day.. Where we were there was no room for that.. Either the kids were snapping for attention, or the adults trying to control me the participate in their "stuff".. as they did to me as a child.. that made me forget who I am.. My innocence were taken away.. And that was also reflected in the children.. And I felt their pain..

I didnt even had the chance to sleep on my own.. My mother shared room with me..
That is painful stuff in my body..

But, for me all experiences leads to growth.. Especially the painful ones.. So I am thankful to them.. I also accept them the way they are as I accept myself just the way I am.

Feeling much better now btw.. thank you Hill : )
