If this doesn't work out you might need to leave him in order to stay
alive. Your situation is what the bible refers to as being "unevenly
Yoked."

I have had many problems with women professing spiritual interest,
but when it comes to the doing they just want to snuggle. This is
called "People addiction." When you try to get all of your energy
from one person and not from the variety of life you starve and kill
the person that you are parasiting off of.

Even in nature mothers eventually have to ween their babies or they
both die. Better one than both.
