This could open an interesting discussion of the intentionality and responsibilities of the Master and student re. both Kundalini and Reiki, (perhaps especially re. Kundalini Reiki and other Reiki forms which are intended to in the least start the K process\experience).

When the rubber meets the road, during or after an attunement it comes down to who is going to help, if help will be needed.

(OK, who hasn't wanted help when experiencing an awakening, put up your hands, not me I wanted it, but always end up doing it <on my own> so to speak)

So basically, Shiva I think you are saying
1)consciously unintentional K awakenings happen through the agency of Reiki attunements and
2)therefore it would at least be nice if all Reiki masters were proficient at guiding students through an awakening?

Or is your 2) stronger, more like all thoughtful, responsible Reiki masters are proficient and the ones who aren't shouldn't be giving attunements?
