Hey Doc,

Got your message from K-sex. I have had much experience in this
field and feel that I have some light to shed. Often the most
refreshing jobs are the lowliest. Janitorial, gardening, washing
dishes. There is no body to compete with. No stupid games. People
have no expectations for you and yet they still need you.

I used to try so hard to be appreciated. Most people are not capable
of appreciation. All I succeeded in doing was raising the level of
expectation. I didn't get paid more or anything. I did everyone
elses work and got paid the same as them.

Whenever one is unappreciated it diminishes you a little. I use the
word depreciate. It kill you a little. In this day and age it is
important to protect oneself.

I do not work for money any more. Yes, it is difficult at times.
Yes, I run the risk of being on the street at times. But, it is a
lot more healthful. My spirit guides have kept me off the street
even when I thought they couldn't. All I have to do is keep learning
and teaching.

I volunteered at the weteran's hospital for 6 months teaching Tai Chi
and meditation. Now I have a connection with an organic foods Co-
op. I still work. I baby-sit, do dishes, cook, clean, etc. just not
for money. I spent years meditating on what money is. I recommend
anyone do the same.
