Subject: [K-list] Selling (slightly off topic)

Can anyone recommend a good book / resource on selling (encouraging
salespeople)?

I'm soon to start a new job and as part of it will need to be able to
help others improve their selling methods and at the same time be able
to demonstrate good sales myself.

I am a believer that if the thing is right it will sell itself. But,
some techniques and ideas to do with approach and attitude would be of
benefit that I could also pass on to others.

I welcome any suggestions.

PS This new position although a big change from my usual work seems like
a gift. I asked for a change and to be more people orientated and this
is what I got. Although I do have a lot of fear about how I will perform
all the signs keep telling me it is going to work out. Goddess provides
