Hello
I have been in bed for 2 days now with body very hot and a running
nose.. and my throat have been sour, for sure the body is up to
healing of some sort and I have had intense menses pain, lying in bed
unable to move.. with energy roaring through..
Maybe the body is getting allergies bloom out to be released..
Anyway, I use a nasal spray called rhinocort.. it works off swelling
to the mucous membrane.. makes it a little bit easier to breath..
Bio Salte complex (tissue salt) from New Era I also eat, wich works
fine for me.. It strengthens the body and helps to heal in a natural
way..
I once gave away a bottle to a friend who had hayfever allergies and
allergic to fruits nuts, water.. She got cured when she ate these.
Dunno if they are available where you live though..
