I got chronic hardcore allergies and it really bothers me bad
sometimes, when it does i take a 24 hour claritin and that clears me
up real good, although, the first couple times i took it the side
effects were really anoying, i havent noticed that drug doing
anything in particular to my immune system though. A really good
alternative to that nasty pill is a prescription nasal spray, it
takes a bit to kick in, but if u keep using it, it will get rid of
ur allergies nicely without any serious side effects.
