  vit c to the point of loose bowels, then back down... some folks, this is
200 mg, some folks this can by 5 grams a day

honey-RAW, from a local bee keeper. NOT from the store... emphasis NOT from
the local store-thats useless. if you can get comb honey, so much the better.
