   Please! Do not write to the list asking to be unsubscribed. It is very
inconsiderate. 900 people do not need to get a copy of your request, and
you will be directed to unsubscribe yourself anyhow.
    List moderators are not slaves for lazy people who cannot be bothered
to unsub themselves. The moments of your life are more valuable than our time?

    Courteous self service. You subscribed yourself, you can unsubscribe
yourself. Addresses to do so are in the header and footer of every post.

   If you ever want to remove yourself from this mailing list, or from the
digest version of this mailing list, send a blank post to
    Kundalini-Gateway-unsubscribeATnospamyahoogroups.com
    Be sure to check the header of the incoming list mail, to see by what
address you are subscribed, and send it from that same address.
    If you are only going away on vacation, I suggest you simply reset your
subscription to "web only" at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Kundalini-Gateway
