Dear Brett,
I remember during the 60's being amazed that some people could seem to
maintain control while under Acid! :))
It's sort of a combination for me. Day to day activities are pretty normal.
The energy is nearly always present, but doesn't interfere as long as I
continue grounding with Hatha Yoga! I feel urges to do certain stretches,
and I often feel "paralyzed," but I seem to be able to pull out of it at
will. OTOH, I comply with the "urges" to do the stretches, so am I really
under control? LOL!
At night it is a different story. It wakes me up with overpowering energy.
All I can do is surrender to it and eventually go back to sleep.
Love, Hillary
Again, we all respond differently! :))
