Hello! I agree with Jason my K is always going but sometimes it is stronger than other times I tend to call it rises cuz even know it is buzzing through my body right now it is nothing compared to what happens when I have a blockage or something and it becomes aggressive and crazy. I guess what I mean is there are smooth flowing times and rough flowing times and it can switch with no notice at all. It is just a choice of wording for me.
