Kewl! Glad to hear there are other spiritual wireheads on the list. Even tho
you've since moved on. Binaural beats are wonderful things indeed.
Meditating an hour a day using this kind of tech has really supercharged my
spiritual path to a phenomenal degree. I've been going strong with it now
for over 3 years and it keeps getting more and more interesting all the
time. I can't see myself stopping as long as i continue with these great
results.

Do you mean out of body experiences? Robert Monroe was a pioneer of binaural
beat tech and he used it mainly for going out of body. I was more interested
in the tech for personal growth than OOBE. But its all good as they say!!.

I like REiki too and find it to be beneficial. And it certainly seems to
have advanced my progress. I don't do extended treatments on myself too
often. But i find it very helpful when nrg starts overloading my system too
much. I've thought about level 3 but might wait on that a bit. Too much to
do and i can't seem to find time for my sadhana now as it is. ;^)

Anyhoo Kristy, your experience IS rather akin to mine. Gotta love it. Talk
