Stellia ..

Everything we hold on to.. whether it be a memory, a belief, a way
of acting to meet the approval from others .. all of these things

are holding patterns which are not just in our mind,

but affect every cell of our body - from our skin to our tendons
and muscles - to the posture and deportment that is governed
by the placement of every bone in our body.

Notice how when you frown - have you ever traced the tension
in the muscles of your face, your scalp, your jaw, your neck ..

After a while, our holding patterns become a fixed expression -
not only in our appearance, but also in the muscular and skeletal
structure.

Now, when you process, when you "journal" when you release,
it is not just the mind that comes up with thoughts.

These past thoughts are from the holding patterns.

Now .. you have been used to looking at life (vision) hearing
the movements around you, living on the edge of your
holding patterns - probably unconsciously in the fear that
"someone is going to come and get you" ..

Once these beliefs are released, the tendons let go, the
muscles start to let go, the bones shift and the pinched
nerves that you have held so tight start to "let go".

Some call this "kundalini symptoms", but it can happen
after a deep processing or release - even after a good
crying session. Its normal ..

and so the body has to find a new deportment, new
structural positioning .. things start to move ..

Scary .. yup .. because all of the stuff you are releasing,
you've forgotten that you even buried it down there, and
you have become so used to holding on that you have forgotten
what life can be like when you don't have to hold on ..

and so, all of the symptoms that you are describing can be
directly attributed to the physiological release from your
own processing - with a little help from the natural
restorative energy of your body - that life force which some
like to make something of by calling it Kundalini ..

the raw energy of the Cells of your body
  in their natural state.

The best advice I could give anyone in this position is to welcome
and accept the restorative process - because, if you go looking
for some esoteric answer - or make what's happening wrong,
you'll start the whole process over again .. and have to go through
it again ..

now .. release the belief that you have to screw everything up.
