I stopped using the Light and Sound machine to pick up on a meditation
program that uses binaural beat sound technology to induce deep meditative
states. (Just sound?no light.)I found the meditation program to be extremely effective. Using it, I
achieved very deep meditative states and levels of mind (theta and delta)
with great ease.
Hello Brett! Your story is similar to me I was also constantly searching and wasnt able to find anything that fit me or seemed to make me happy I tried so many churches. I was on a constant search for happiness. I started meditating at 18 and wasnt that successful with it so I also quit for awhile after about 6 yrs I finally started back up and that is how I ended up here. I also began usuing the Binaural technology a wonderful, wonderful thing. I was able to meditate so deep from that cd it was amazing and now it comes naturally it taught me what I needed to know. I started to have astral and spiritual experiences while meditating then I started including work on my Chakras wanting to heal myself. Well that is when the K started in, I was having so many scary experiences and so much discomfort it seemed to be stuck in my root chakra it was very uncomfortable. And the other symptoms wow it was alot. So then I finally found the list after being laughed at by a few MD's for my unusual symptoms. Anyway I learned about Reiki after a few months of sufferening and I jumped in and got attunements 1 and 2 and was in love. I noticed that after I recieved the attunements my K started flowing upwards with more ease to the other chakras it was still uncomfortable emotionally and sometimes physically but it really started moving after that in a quick pace. I recieved my level 3 a few months later and things started moving even faster. Well now it is about a year and a half later and Im still going and healing every day. I am very happy even through my bad days. I couldnt be more blessed in my life.

During my meditations, I began feeling "energy rushes" not unlike those I
experienced during my Pentecostal years.

I get those often too. I love it.

 However, I've never read
of anyone who's had an experience similar to mine. Many on the list seem to
have rather extreme manifestations that cause great disruption.

Your right everyone's is different and it all depends on how a person looks at it also some might fear while others might love an experience lol like mine they are all mixed depends on my mood that day. And I think alot of your symptoms sound pretty classic for K.
