A thing that I have found very nifty is this little visualisation to balance female male energies and clear blockages in brain, got this from the homeopathist I'm seeing:

Put your hands on top of head and visualize that you put both parts of brain togheter as One,
you might also light a candle if you wish,. fire has a nice cleansing effect.
